Your Responsibilities as a Senior Agentic AI Consultant
- As a Senior Agentic AI Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating AI potentials and Agentic AI use cases for clients
- Conceiving and implementing innovative Agentic AI solutions within an interdisciplinary team
- Evaluating new technologies, frameworks, and methods in the field of Agentic AI
- Contributing to proposal creation and project acquisition, as well as presenting solution approaches to clients
- Conducting workshops and training sessions on AI topics for clients and as part of competence management

Your Profile
- Demonstrable experience in implementing Agentic AI applications and a deep understanding of Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, Langfuse, etc.
- Experience with process automation platforms like n8n.
- Several years of experience with RAG processes, vector and graph databases, and the integration of LLM applications into existing IT landscapes.
- Implementation experience with GenAI and Agentic AI services from Azure, AWS, or GCP, as well as comparable OSS technologies.
- Practical experience with LLMOps.
- Strong analytical skills, a structured approach, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Team player, strong communication skills, and the ability to convey complex issues clearly.
- Very good programming skills in Python or comparable programming languages.
- Enthusiasm for new technologies.
- Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, or a comparable field.
- Willingness to travel for project work.
- Very good German and English language skills for confident communication.
- Desirable: Industry experience in banking and financial services.
