ISO 9001:2015
ISO 9001 is the internationally leading standard for Quality Management Systems (QMS) and provides clear guidelines for planning, implementing, operating, monitoring, and continuously improving quality processes. The standard requires a documented QMS that considers risks and opportunities and focuses on customer satisfaction, leadership, a process-oriented approach, and continuous improvement. With the ISO 9001:2015 certificates for S&N Group AG, S&N Invent GmbH (Eschborn location), and S&N Abiscon GmbH (Nuremberg location), the S&N Group documents that products and services are consistently provided within the group that meet customer requirements as well as legal and regulatory specifications, and that a systematic strategy for quality improvement is pursued. The policies, processes, and controls defined therein are applied group-wide. For customers, this means uniform, audited quality standards, reliable delivery and service processes, reduced susceptibility to errors, clear mechanisms for handling feedback, and regular audits and verifiable evidence of compliance with quality requirements.
ISO/IEC 27001:2022
ISO/IEC 27001 is the internationally leading standard for Information Security Management Systems (ISMS). It describes requirements for establishing, operating, monitoring, and continuously improving an ISMS that addresses risks for the entire organization. With the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification, S&N Group AG demonstrates that it pursues a long-term and robust security strategy that meets the demands of an increasingly digitized world. The certification formally covers S&N Group AG (Paderborn); however, the policies, processes, and controls defined therein are also applied in the affiliated companies in Germany, as S&N Group AG has the authority to issue directives for them. The Shared Services continuously issue, monitor, and further develop the relevant guidelines. For customers, this means that their data is handled according to uniform, audited security standards – regardless of which affiliated company processes it. Customers also benefit from clear processes for detecting and handling security incidents, regular audits, and verifiable evidence of compliance with security and compliance requirements.
Alliance for Cyber Security
The S&N Group is a member of the “Alliance for Cyber Security” (AfCS) of the Federal Office for Information Security (BSI). The Alliance is a voluntary platform for information and experience exchange between the state, industry, associations, operators of critical infrastructures, and research institutions. The goal is to strengthen cyber resilience and accelerate the detection, defense, and management of IT security incidents. Through membership, we receive timely situational information, warnings, and practice-oriented recommendations for action, and can use this knowledge to protect our customer data.
EcoVadis Rating
EcoVadis assesses sustainability performance in the areas of environment, labor and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement. This year, we were able to increase our EcoVadis score from 53 to 63 points. This improvement documents our continuous progress in embedding sustainable processes within our company. A strong rating creates transparency for our customers and provides us with valuable impulses for targeted improvement measures.
Diversity Charter
The Diversity Charter is an initiative to promote diversity, equal opportunities, and prejudice-free collaboration in companies and institutions. Signing organizations commit to avoiding discrimination and actively promoting diversity. Since 2024, we have been an official member, reaffirming our long-term commitment to an open and inclusive corporate culture.
