What began as a small team in Paderborn in the early 90s is today a European corporate group with over 550 employees at ten locations in three countries.
The S&N Group connects four specialized companies with a common goal: We develop digital technologies and solutions with social relevance – in an environment that promotes responsibility, development, and genuine togetherness.

With S&N Invent and ITFC, we support customers in the financial sector and public sector with consulting and development projects. Furthermore, we offer software solutions that expand our target industries to include retail. Colleagues are usually based at the customer’s site but work a large part of the time remotely from home or one of our ten locations in Germany and Austria.
S&N Abiscon is our specialist for SAP development and consulting. Here, you will work on modern SAP solutions and support our customers in the further development of complex business processes – from S/4HANA to integration into existing system landscapes. Colleagues are predominantly based in Nuremberg and Regensburg.
S&N Marktsoft is our development hub in Hungary. In Budapest and Szeged, international teams work closely with our German locations to develop high-performance software solutions for demanding projects in Finance, Public, and Industry. In the S&N Group, we bundle central functions such as back office, HR, marketing, controlling, and our internal IT. The colleagues at S&N Group support the four companies and are mainly active at our headquarters in Paderborn and at our second-largest location in Eschborn near Frankfurt am Main.
