The apprenticeship as an IT specialist for system integration focuses on the planning, installation, configuration, and administration of IT infrastructures. Core topics include network technology, server administration, IT security, cloud computing, as well as customer and workstation support.
The apprenticeship as an IT specialist for system integration is carried out in cooperation with Siemens Energy Professional Education (SEPE) and the ATIW Vocational College in Paderborn. Through additional seminars, you will earn the additional qualification of Software Technology Consultant. This allows you to obtain two recognized degrees in three years. Your profile
- General higher education entrance qualification (Abitur) or equivalent degree
- Good grades in Mathematics, Computer Science, German, and English
- Passion for IT topics and interest in software-related contexts
- Ability to implement what has been learned quickly and independently
- Ideally, completed internships in the IT environment
- Open-mindedness, teamwork, commitment, reliability, and flexibility
The specific nature of this apprenticeship is more than just a standard vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration and is significantly enhanced by the additional qualification as an Integrated Systems Consultant (f/m/d). Our apprentices receive excellent training to then transition seamlessly into S&N projects as administrators, consultants, or service employees, equipped with the S&N mindset and the necessary skills.
